Have you ever wondered "What's wrong with me?"

What if instead of feeling stuck in frustration and shame, you got curious about what happened to you and what led you to where you are today?

Your Image

You know that feeling you get when you overreact to something seemingly insignificant?

When your reaction seems bigger than it should? You may have felt foolish, maybe even a little shameful, for having such a big reaction.

The truth is, these super-sized reactions are rarely about that thing that set us off. More likely we’re responding to something that happened in the past and now it’s coming out sideways.

Our past experiences, both the good and the bad, shape how we show up. And unfortunately, we all have to navigate our fair share of adversity. The painful events of our past often leave us wounded, open, and raw—so we guard up, power through, and move forward.

We learn to cope (or at least we think we do), but then something happens, and we find ourselves spiraling, feeling like our world is caving in.

Feel familiar?

It doesn’t have to be that way.

You can rightsize it.

You can understand what your body is going through, look at it with new eyes, and put your trauma back in its place. You can learn from the experiences of your past, while not letting it dictate the circumstances of your future. You can get to the source instead of just managing the symptoms.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, off-kilter, and like the world is out of control?

Are you tired of your circumstances determining the amount of joy, hope, and security you feel day in and day out?

Join us for the seven-part video emotional wellness master class, Rightsizing the Wrongs: How to Recognize, Reconcile, and Repair our Trauma.

Unlearning Shame: Pushing Back Against the Lies that Keep Us Hidden and Alone

Some would say that shame is universal to the human condition.

While experiencing shame may be inevitable, getting trapped in the effects of it doesn’t have to be.

Shame turns us into someone we're not. It convinces us to cover up and hide, to believe that we’re not worthy of true connection and belonging. When we really begin to unpack what has been keeping us stuck in familiar shame spirals, we can unlock self-compassion and self-love.

This class will help you rediscover and reclaim your enoughness, stop striving to earn acceptance, love and belonging, and truly begin to live from the core of who you are.

This class will leave you with…

  • The skills to rewrite narratives that are holding you back
  • A step-by-step process to identifying shame’s proper place and role in our lives
  • Practical ways to practice self-love

Identifying Narcissism: Protecting Ourselves from People and Patterns that Harm Us

Narcissism has become a bit of a buzzword not only in mental health settings but also in our day-to-day lives. We flippantly label anyone who is vain, self-centered, or egotistical as a narcissist.

But what is a narcissist, really? What are the effects of being in relationship with someone with this personality disorder? And how do we navigate potentially harmful people or patterns in healthy ways?

This class will explore all this and more and along the way invite you to lean in with the clarity, confidence, and compassion needed to identify the harmful patterns and find the support you deserve.  When we find ourselves in relationships with a narcissist—whether it be a parent, a partner, an employer, or a friend—we can unknowingly and over time abandon ourselves in pursuit of the other person’s affection and attention.  But there is a way back to yourself!

This class will leave you with…

  • Ways to set healthy boundaries that can help alleviate anxiety and enforce security
  • A proven process to identify patterns and behaviors that are destructive, in others and ourselves.
  • The knowledge to receive support from others in navigating narcissistic people and patterns
