What is Rightsizing the Wrongs?
Rightsizing the Wrongs is a digital emotional health class brought to you by Onsite that will help you understand how the pain of your past might still be affecting you today, and offer you a way forward towards the hope and healing you deserve. This 7-part video series, led by Carlos Martinez, will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to navigate the complexities of trauma and begin to heal.
This accessible digital class includes over 80+ minutes of clinical expertise and an interactive workbook designed to ground, unpack, and apply the concepts to your everyday life.
Who is it for?
This class is for everyone. None of us escapes adversity. If we’ve lived any amount of time, we’ve experienced things that have negatively impacted the trajectory of our lives. Put another way, we have all experienced trauma. But we all have the ability to heal from the wounds of our past, and come out the other side more grounded and empowered than ever before. Trauma does not have to have the last word. Our past does not have to define us.
If I’m an Onsite Alumni, would this class still benefit me?
Yes! This class is a great companion to the Onsite experience.
