What is Identifying Narcissism?
Identifying Narcissism is a digital emotional health class brought to you by Onsite that will guide you in understanding what narcissism is and what it isn’t, what to expect in a relationship with a narcissistic person, and how to begin to recover your sense of self and heal from the damaging parts of that relationship.
This 6-part video series, led by clinical expert Cindy Westcott, will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to navigate the complexities of trauma and begin to heal.
This accessible digital class includes over 60+ minutes of clinical expertise and an interactive workbook designed to ground, unpack, and apply the concepts to your everyday life.
